When we provide OEM/ODM customization services, we require customers to confirm the design draft and sign a sample confirmation form. If the finished product does not conform to the design draft due to manufacturing errors (e.g., logo placement or color deviations exceeding industry standards), we will cover the rework costs and make corrections within three business days. If the problem is caused by an oversight in the customer's confirmation process, we will provide a discount for a second revision.
